    3. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Online Safety Notice, and Cookie Policy.

We do not guarantee that the Site or its content will always be available or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or change the Site without notice.

  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected; we are liable only for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, and not for business losses. If you use the Site for business purposes, subject to the first sentence, we exclude all implied terms and liability for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or reputation; our total liability relating to your use of the Site or these Terms is limited to £100.
